Q: Are your bartenders licensed and trained?
A: Yes! Our bartenders are licensed and have several years of experience.

Q: What drinks can Michiana Bartenders serve?
A: Cocktails, bottled beer, canned beer, draft beer, champagne, wine, seltzers, non-alcohol beverages and more!

Q: Who provides the alcohol?
A: Either the event host, venue or Michiana Bartenders can provide alcohol!

Q: What area do you serve?
A: We are based out of South Bend, IN and serve the Michiana area. We are open to traveling, so please ask!

Q: Do you serve alcohol free events?
A: Yes! We will gladly serve non-alcoholic drinks. Ask us about creating a “mocktail” menu!

Q: Can I create a custom drink menu for my event?
A: Absolutely! We are happy to help, if you need suggestions.

Q: How many bartenders do I need for my party?
A: The number of bartenders needed depends on several factors such as guest count, types of beverages being served, if there are multiple bars, and length of the event.
A general rule is 1 bartender per 75 guests for a simple bar menu.

Q: Do you require a deposit or booking fee?
A: Yes, we do. A booking fee is required to reserve the event date and services. The event date nor services are considered reserved until the booking fee is received and payment clears. The balance is due at least 30 days prior to the event date. All services must be paid in full prior to the event.

Q: How do I pay for the service?
A: At this time, we accept payment via cash, check or Venmo @MichianaBartenders
